Developing Online Courseware is a complimentary skill to designing Computer-Based Training. For both I likely will have an eLearning delivery or may design for a blended learning situation which includes a web module or course. For this course, I designed one module of a larger training course. The course addressed the combination of ADDIE and Agile Methods of development and implementation. I designed the course to be interactive, non-linear, and story driven. The training “host”, Jordan, walks the Instructional Designer through the introductory module of ADDIE-Gile, a design method I coined for this particular project.
